Landing Page takes 1 to 2 weeks. Online Store needs 3 to 5 weeks, because beyond the site itself the catalogue has to be loaded and the payment flow tested end to end. Custom Project has no reference timeline: it is defined in writing in the proposal, along with the scope. In every case the timeline covers design, development, testing across devices, and the adjustments made before launch. What usually delays a project is not the development: it is missing text or images.

Every package publishes its cap, and none of them is a wall. Essential Page includes one page with up to 4 sections. Landing Page includes up to 8 sections, plus a grid of up to 12 featured products or services. Online Store includes up to 8 content sections on top of the catalogue, plus the initial upload of up to 50 products done by Senda Lógica. Past the cap, each additional section or page is quoted separately according to its complexity. For Online Store two things are worth separating: the cap of 50 applies to the upload the studio performs, not to what the site can hold, and from the panel the business can load as many products as it wants with no limit. From 51 to 500 products, the studio can handle the upload and it is quoted by bracket. Within the cap there is flexibility: the client can swap one section on the list for another — gallery, map, team, schedule of dates, downloads — as long as the total does not go up. The limit is the count, not the specific list.

The client owns the entire site infrastructure from day one. All necessary accounts (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, domain, Google Analytics) are created in the client's name. Senda Lógica enters as a technical collaborator to build and maintain. If in the future the client wants to work with another professional, they simply remove Senda Lógica's access. There is no dependency or contractual lock-in over the infrastructure.

Every package includes 3 months of post-delivery support at no additional cost. That period covers unlimited technical service for bugs that appear in production, up to 3 minor content adjustments — text, images, contact details — and verification that everything works correctly across devices. It does not cover structural changes to the delivered site, which are new work. The support period is the warranty on what was delivered, not permanent maintenance. Once the 3 months are over, anyone wanting continuity can take monthly maintenance, covering a few hours of work per month for minor changes and updates, or handle changes one at a time as they come up. Both options are listed on the complementary services page with their price published.

Senda Lógica builds sites with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and Vercel. This stack is the same one used by companies like Netflix, TikTok, OpenAI, Shopify, and Washington Post. The technical advantages for the client are concrete: load times under 1 second, lower security attack surface compared to WordPress, and less dependency on fragile plugins that require constant maintenance.

It depends on the package, and in two of them it already comes solved. Landing Page includes a panel for editing the text and images of the existing sections, independently and with no time limit. Online Store includes two panels: one for the site's sections and another for adding, editing, and removing products with no cap on quantity. In both cases the panel is included in the package price, not an extra. Essential Page has no panel: content changes are made by Senda Lógica during the 3 months of post-delivery support, and after that period they are charged per change, at the price published on the complementary services page, or the next step is Landing Page. For content more complex than those panels cover — a blog with several authors, new content types, catalogues with their own structure — Sanity Studio is integrated, a headless CMS with an interface similar to Notion, contracted separately with its price published on the complementary services page.

No, and it is better said upfront than discovered later: it is an add-on with a published price. The bilingual architecture already exists, so adding it costs little, but most of the businesses Senda Lógica works with do not need it and there is no sense charging everyone for it. The price depends on the package and on who produces the text. If the client hands over the translated text, it runs from USD 25 on Essential Page to USD 60 on Online Store. If Senda Lógica adapts it — copy adaptation, not literal translation, with one revision round — it runs from USD 50 to USD 120. At the lower level the text is implemented exactly as delivered, checked only so it does not break the layout; correcting or rewriting it is not included. Brand-specific terms are supplied by the client at both levels. On Online Store the price covers the site's pages and never the catalogue: translating product entries goes by bracket, same as the upload, at USD 150 per 25 entries.

Yes. Senda Lógica operates 100 percent remotely with clients across all of Latin America and in Spain. Prices are published in USD so the reference is the same in every country, and clients billing in Argentina pay the equivalent in ARS at the day's exchange rate. Communication adapts to the client's preferred channel: WhatsApp, email, Google Meet, or Zoom. Geographic distance does not affect delivery times or follow-up during the project. The site is delivered in Spanish; the English version exists as a separate add-on, with its price published.

Every package includes the technical SEO the stack provides by construction: clean URL structure, metadata, automatic sitemap, Core Web Vitals in the green, and load times under a second. That is not an extra added at the end, it is how the site turns out when built with Next.js on Vercel. What is contracted separately is the strategy work, which is a different thing: keyword research with title and description optimization, Local SEO on the Google Business profile, and the technical groundwork for AI engines (GEO). Those services are listed on the complementary services page with their price published; the ones that depend on the state of the site carry a starting price, because the final scope is confirmed in the proposal. They are also delivered on sites Senda Lógica did not build.

The ones most requested in the region are listed on the complementary services page: Mercado Pago for online payments, technical Analytics setup with GA4, CRM with HubSpot Free or similar, and email marketing with Mailchimp or Brevo. Each has its price published on that page; where the work changes depending on the system the business already uses, the figure is a starting price. The WhatsApp button is not on that list because it is included in the packages; what is quoted separately is the advanced version with a form, or installing it on a site Senda Lógica did not build. For operations with high message volume there is the WhatsApp Business API integration, which is a different product. Integrations with the client's own systems — ERPs, inventory software, electronic invoicing — are quoted after a technical diagnostic.

The process is built so nobody reaches the end with a surprise. There are five steps, and each one closes with an approval before moving to the next: the project is discussed, the proposal arrives with scope, price, and timeline in writing, the content is prepared, the site is designed and built while progress is shown, and only then is it launched. Adjustments happen on that progress, before launch, not after. If a fundamental disagreement appears, work is paused and the scope document is revisited to realign before continuing. Anything falling outside what was agreed is raised at the time, in writing, with its cost and its effect on the timeline. The structure does not remove the risk of disliking something, but it moves that risk to a point where it can still be corrected without redoing anything.
