For enquiries, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion, you can write to info@sendalogica.com.

When you contact us. The site has no contact form: the WhatsApp, Instagram and email links take you to those platforms. Whatever you share there is governed by each platform's policies and by our direct dealings with you.

When you browse the site. We record information about how the site is used —pages visited, where the visit came from, device type— through Google's measurement tools. This information helps us understand which content is useful and measure the results of our advertising. We do not use it to identify you personally.

When you click the WhatsApp button. That click is recorded as a contact action in our measurement tools. The conversation that follows happens on WhatsApp and is governed by that platform's policies.

When you use the project simulator. The text you write is sent to Anthropic, the artificial intelligence provider that generates the answer, and is held in memory temporarily so that identical queries are not repeated. It is not stored permanently and it is not linked to your identity. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information through this channel.

To protect the simulator from automated use we rely on Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that tells people apart from automated programs.

For the site to work we use third-party services which, by their nature, process part of this information:

• Vercel, where the site is hosted.
• Google, for usage measurement and advertising measurement.
• Anthropic, which generates the project simulator's answers.
• Cloudflare, which protects the simulator from automated use.

The site is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (domiciled in the United States of America), which acts as hosting provider and content delivery network (CDN), in the capacity of data processor. This involves an international transfer of data to the United States. Vercel offers a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as an adequate safeguard.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Measurement data is kept for the periods defined by the tools themselves. The text you write in the simulator is held in memory temporarily and is discarded on its own. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can write to info@sendalogica.com to find out what data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to ask us to delete it. We answer these requests within a reasonable time and at no cost.

The site uses its own cookies, necessary for it to work, and third-party cookies for measurement and advertising. You can configure your browser to reject them; some features may then stop behaving as expected.

If you visit us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a notice the first time you arrive: until you accept, measurement and advertising cookies are not activated.

You can withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page. Doing so deletes your stored choice along with any measurement and advertising cookies already saved, and Google's tags stop loading until you accept again.

This site is aimed at people looking for professional services and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we change the way we handle information, we update this page and its date. Relevant changes are announced on the site itself.
