We describe our services as precisely as possible, including reference prices and scopes. That information is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer: the scope, the price and the timeline of each project are defined in the written proposal we deliver after discussing the specific case. Published prices may change without prior notice; the price that applies is the one in the current proposal you have received.

The examples, timelines and results mentioned on the site are references to work already delivered and do not constitute a guarantee of equivalent results on other projects.

Current promotions state their end date. They apply to engagements entered into within that period and under the conditions the promotion itself sets out. The cost of third-party services associated with what is promoted —platform usage, subscriptions, licences— is borne by the client, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The text, images, design and code of this site belong to Senda Lógica, except where other authorship is indicated. The work shown in the portfolio belongs to its respective owners and is displayed as a reference of the work carried out.

On the projects we develop, the code of the delivered site becomes the client's under the terms set out in each proposal.

The site contains links to third-party services, including WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or to causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue. The contact address for these purposes is info@sendalogica.com.
