Scope, limits and costs
What it does
- Answers questions about the business using the content published on the site and its frequently asked questions.
- It is available at any hour.
- When it does not know something, or when the visitor wants to talk to a person, it hands off to WhatsApp.
What it does not do
- It does not book appointments or reservations.
- It does not quote prices.
- It does not process orders or payments.
- It does not connect to internal systems, stock or invoicing.
- It does not remember previous conversations.
Costs and support
Installation and configuration are included in the promotion. The studio covers AI usage for the three months of support, with no charge by volume. At the end of that period, the service moves into the client’s name.*
* From the fourth month the client pays for usage, and it depends on the site’s traffic. The usage measured over the three included months is what informs that budget, so it is not estimated blind.
Support for the same 3 months as the rest of the package, the same period that covers AI usage. After that, adjustments are quoted.
