Post-delivery support▾
Care Plan
Security updates and patches, backup checks and uptime monitoring, one hour of minor changes per month (text, contact details, photos, prices) and a short report. Updates don't count against that hour, and hours don't carry over. Hosting and domain are not included; they stay in the client's name. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Agent Plan
Every month: the assistant's AI usage, a review of its conversations and tuning of its answers, updates to the content it reads from, and a short report. Setting up the assistant is not included; it is quoted separately. The assistant doesn't book appointments or reservations; doesn't quote prices; doesn't process orders or payments; doesn't connect to internal systems, inventory or billing; doesn't remember previous conversations; and doesn't give professional advice — medical, legal, accounting or any other kind: it talks about the business, never about the person's case. When it doesn't know something, it hands off to WhatsApp. The service can move into the client's name whenever they ask, with one month's notice. Minimum 3-month commitment.
