A live site still needs care: updates, backups and changes. You can hire it monthly, by the hour, or only when you need it.
Options and prices
Each option is hired on its own, alongside a package or for a site that already exists.
Care Plan
USD 150/monthSecurity updates and patches, backup checks and uptime monitoring, one hour of minor changes per month (text, contact details, photos, prices) and a short report. Updates don't count against that hour, and hours don't carry over. Hosting and domain are not included; they stay in the client's name. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Agent Plan
USD 100/monthEvery month: the assistant's AI usage, a review of its conversations and tuning of its answers, updates to the content it reads from, and a short report. Setting up the assistant is not included; it is quoted separately. The assistant doesn't book appointments or reservations; doesn't quote prices; doesn't process orders or payments; doesn't connect to internal systems, inventory or billing; doesn't remember previous conversations; and doesn't give professional advice — medical, legal, accounting or any other kind: it talks about the business, never about the person's case. When it doesn't know something, it hands off to WhatsApp. The service can move into the client's name whenever they ask, with one month's notice. Minimum 3-month commitment.
Complete Plan
USD 250/monthCare Plan and Agent Plan together, on a single invoice at the two prices added up. It includes everything in both and leaves out the same things: hosting, domain and setting up the assistant are contracted separately. The assistant doesn't book appointments or reservations; doesn't quote prices; doesn't process orders or payments; doesn't connect to internal systems, inventory or billing; doesn't remember previous conversations; and doesn't give professional advice — medical, legal, accounting or any other kind: it talks about the business, never about the person's case. Three ways to hire it
Monthly plans keep the site in good shape without you having to think about it. The Care Plan covers updates, backup checks, uptime monitoring and a fixed amount of minor changes each month. The other two plans add the site's assistant; what they include and exclude is set out in each listing.
Hour banks are for people who know they'll need changes but not when: you buy a block of hours and use it within a set period. One-off changes and additional sections are for when something specific comes up and nothing more is needed.
How to choose
If the site changes little but has to work all the time, because it receives enquiries or bookings, a monthly plan is the calmest option: someone checks that everything is still standing even when you don't ask for anything.
If changes come in batches, like a new season, a price list or an added service, an hour bank usually works out better than paying for each change separately. And if the site hardly ever changes, asking for a one-off change when needed is enough.
What stays in your name
No plan includes hosting or the domain: they stay in the client's name, and the client pays each provider directly. So if you leave the plan one day, the site is still yours and keeps working.
Monthly plans have a minimum commitment, stated in each listing. Hour banks and one-off changes have no commitment: they are paid once.
